Video interviews on-demand are an excellent tool to know your candidates better. They work like this: You send to the candidate an email invitation to answer some questions. The candidate answers these questions via video by using the camera of his/her computer or smartphone, within a specific deadline you specify.
Note that
Video interviews are fully integrated with the applicant tracking functionality Worklife Recruit but they are also available as a separate service.
Follow these steps to start using video interviews:
First you have to create a video interview by defining the questions of it.
Then, you can send an invitation for this interview to candidate. There are two types of invitations:
Invitations to internal candidates that they already exist in your Worklife Recruit account.
Invitations to external candidates when you do not use the applicant tracking functionality of Worklife Recruit.
Note that
When you first sign-up to Worklife Recruit, a demo interview named "Getting to know you" is created that helps you to immediately test the service by sending an invitation for a video interview to yourself.
