    e-Invoicing Provider

New screen for transaction management via e-Invoicing Provider. Through the management screen, both the monitoring of the transactions sent to the Provider and the additional tasks of Updating Offline transactions and Downloading summaries sent by the Provider to myDATA are performed. For a detailed presentation see here.

e-Invoicing to the Public sector (B2G)

New functionality for e-invoicing of transactions to the public sector (B2G) via provider. It concerns companies transact with the public sector, for which it is now mandatory to send the relevant sales and service documents exclusively through a provider.

    Contracts

It is now possible to monitor customer contracts. The contract monitors all the elements of a trade agreement with a trade account and describes the agreement terms, such as invoicing and payment terms. Specifically in cases of sales to Public sector customers, the contact is a mandatory element of the sale. Finally, the contract includes a number of informative details on the relationship of the “counterparties”. The contact is an element of ALL the documents in the system that may depict transactions, as a reference.

    Multiple Trade account Addresses

It is now possible to monitor multiple addresses for trade accounts. If the customer has multiple sites, you can simply specify the additional sites, apart from the Headquarters, in the management screen in the Delivery tab.

In the Delivery tab, all of the new sites are saved.

Upon invoicing, all the addresses are available to select in the Delivery address field.

    Collapse document lines (packing)

It is now possible to collapse sales/purchase document lines.
This is useful in cases where the lines are directly imported by scanning the barcode, like in cases of receipt. In this case, many lines of the same item exist in the document. When the user wants to, by using the Collapse lines action, found in the vertical toolbar, all the lines of the same item can collapse into one, as long as the pricing details of the lines match. Meaning, all the lines that have the same price, discount percentage etc.

    There are two collapse methods.

    • On the selected lines. If specific lines have been selected, then the collapse action will only be applied on them.

    • On all of the lines. If there are no lines selected, then the collapse action will be executed on all the document lines.

    Eshop Connector

New capabilities were added to the eShop Connector in this release:

    • Ability to send a sales transaction with simultaneous issuance of a document via an e-invoicing Provider.

    • Ability to send sales transactions with Services.

    Import data from third-party systems

In this version, bulk entry import processes were proposed for the following entities. This process enables the Services to be bulk imported into the system using an excel template. (menu: Additional tasks/Import from third-party systems.)

    • Services.

    • Color charts – Size charts.

    Additional extensions

    • Defining decimal values. The Basic Currency sub-page was added to the Company screen. Here one can specify the number of decimal places preferred for the values. For example, if the company sells items with a very low value, then the number of decimal values should be more than two.

    • In order to achieve speed in the entry and avoid errors, the New by Copy action was given to the Financial Accounts entities (Funds, Banks, Credit cards), as well as to the entities of Taxes-Withholdings. The action copies all the entry information to a new one, except the code.

    • In the Bulk Update action, the Measurement Unit was added to the stock items.

    • In the Item List, the Purchase Code field has been added, which refers to the supplier's item code. It is available as an additional field in the Column selector.

    • The Total quantity column was added to the Purchase Documents list. It is available in the Column Options menu.

    • Added the new Professions page, in the Settings/Trade accounts menu.

    • Added the Grouping feature to all lists in the application.

    Purchases Overview

In the Purchases/Purchase analysis menu, three new reports have been introduced to help monitor purchase transactions.

    • Cost of purchases this year - last year

    • Leading suppliers

    • Top purchase items

    Document series

In the Settings / Documents / Document series menu, the option for Bulk series management was added.

It can be changed by bulk Updating fields of already saved rows, as well as Bulk Creation of rows.

In addition, the following fields have been added to the Rows:

Transaction kind where it is required for transactions with the public (B2G transactions) &

MyData document where required for the documents that must be transmitted to myDATA, as it acts as a bridge for successful transmission.

    Price Lists & Price Categories

The two new pages have been added to the Settings / Price lists menu: Price List & Item Price Group.

Then, update the Entities either individually or by Bulk update from the respective lists of Customers, Suppliers & Creditors with the desired Price List and Stock Items & Services with the appropriate Pricing Group, in order to automatically apply them during invoicing.
