    Article summary

    Price adjustment

    By adjusting prices, you have the ability to massively change the prices of stock items.

    You can adjust prices in stock items as follows, from Entities/Other W/H Transactions/Price adjustment,

    By selecting the code field, all items are mass selected. However this can also be done individually and by clicking the items one-by-one, press

    In the update parameters, specify:

    Price adjustment: Select increase or reduction

    Rounding: Select the rounding units

    Price type: Select an amount or value

    Price: Type in the price

    Wholesale / Retail price / Price 1: select the prices you wish to update.

    Code: you can type part and/or all of the code of one or more items to bring only these items to the list.

    Description: you can type part of the description of one or more items to bring only these items to the list.

    Type: you can select one or more options, e.g. Goods

    Family: you can select one or more options (add options for table Family from Settings / User-defined fields => Settings / Grouping tables, as described in the relevant section).

    Group: you can select one or more options (add options for table Group from Settings / User-defined fields => Settings / Grouping tables, as described in the relevant section).

    Category: Category: you can select one or more options (add options for table Category from Settings / User-defined fields => Settings / Grouping tables, as described in the relevant section).

    At the end of the Documentation you can find the “Instructions & Tips” section, where you can see in detail the export steps of the files.

    From the items list you can get information such as the item code/description/MU. However, you have the option to display any other information you wish in the list via the column selector:


    to add the appropriate column, as you can save it to be available every time you log in, by selecting the star icon at the top left of the screen.

    Serial numbers

    Serial numbers help manage stock items and invoice them faster.

    Serial number input fields

    Serial number: filled-in based on the automatic default codification provided by the application. You can change it or remove it from the Launch Wizard (there are detailed instructions in the corresponding quick configuration section through the Launch Wizard ).

    Item: select from the list the stock item for which you wish to enter a serial number

    Location type: Select serial number from the list

    Location: select from the list. This option is determined by the location type. For example, if you select a serial number location, the serial numbers available to select will be displayed.

    *Address

    *Type

    *Trade acc. Address

    *End user

    Measurement units: re-filled item base

    Lot: choose the merchandise lot

    Color: choose the color that can monitor the item

    Size: choose the size that can monitor the item

    Quantity: type the quantity

    Weight: type the weight

    Volume: type the volume

    Technical features: type the possible special technical features of the item

    Serial number List:

    From Entities/ Other W/H Transactions/ Serial numbers,

    The “Serial numbers” page opens. All items with a serial number are displayed here.

    Serial number: by entering the serial number

    Item: by selecting the item

    Location type: by selecting the location type specified in the series.

    Colors

    From the colors section you can create the colors that monitor the stock items.

    Create a New color

    From the application full menu, in Entities/Other W/H Transactions/Colors,

    You select

    SEQ. NO: the color numbering is by default in ascending order

    Code: type the code you want to display the new color with

    Description: type the color name

    Alternative description: type the foreign language description of the color

    Image: Populated automatically after entering the description depending on the color you create

    Barcode: type the color barcode

    Inactive: select it in case you want to disable the color

    Color charts

    Color management is a very important function for businesses whose stock items monitor color charts, e.g. clothing stores.

    Create a color chart

    There are 2 ways to create color charts

    1st way

    Code: enter the preferred code for the color chart

    Description: type the description e.g. the item description

    Alternative description: type the alternative description, it can be the same as the description

    2nd way

    In the Color field, add the item and with +, the colors that will make up your color chart.

    Sizes

    In the Sizes section you can create the sizes that monitor the stock items.

    Create a New Size

    From the application’s full menu, in Entities/Other W/H Transactions/Sizes,

    select

    SEQ. NO: the size numbering is by default in ascending order

    Code: type the code you want to display the new size with

    Description: type the size name

    Alternative description: type the foreign language description of the size

    Barcode: type the size barcode

    Inactive: you select it if you want to disable the size

    Size charts

    Create size chart

    Code: enter the preferred code for the size chart

    Description: type the description e.g. the item description
