Widgets & features

In the initial configuration we have 6 different reports, aiming to have a quick overview of the personnel and payroll cost data:

  • KPIs (Head – FTE – PLE), in detail in the Reports chapter

  • Employees Attendance with date selection

  • Cost per Cost Center or Organizational Unit or Branch, monthly & yearly (with double display)

  • By selecting icon  , the report is transformed into a graph:

By selecting an organizational unit, the report is transformed into an analysis for months:

  • Employee experience in the Company.

By selecting icon  , we can print or save the graph as a PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG.

Widgets & page customization

The reports will be enriched in future versions and they will become customizable, from a list, as seen below.

By selecting icon  and the ‘ + ‘ option, the list pops up with all the available reports. By selecting a report, we can preview it and by pressing Add, it will be added to our page, at the part that we’ve kept empty.

Having now added our preferred widget, by clicking on icon   in the horizontal menu, we save can save our preference and now the icon appears as . In this way, we have enabled the preferences and the user customization. By pressing Ctrl + Click on the icon, it resets to the default customization.

Post-it

In all pages we can create and place a Post-it.

Select icon  from the horizontal menu and drag with the mouse to the preferred location. Alternative, Ctrl + Alt + click (where we wish to place it). Upon creating it, the text editor pops up to start writing.

If there are post-its placed on the page, icon is enabled on the horizontal menu. By clicking on the icon we have options: visible shortcut (no expansion), visible and fully expanded, hidden.

As we can see in the screenshot with the fully expanded post-its, it’s possible to choose the color, edit the text and permanently delete.
