Entersoft Payroll Initialization

After completing the Entersoft Cloud Store registration, the user will receive an email with the application link, as well as the first login password.

In its initialization version, the application has 2 users enabled:

Supervisor (full privileges)

Admin (system administrator, no access to sensitive data).

Main technological features:

• SaaS multi-tenant architecture - The main multi-tenant architecture feature is that all the network tenants share the same software version, while updates and fixes that concern all tenants is the responsibility of the software vendor, without involvement of customer resources.

• SaaS service benefit - Offers reduced ownership and installation cost, while also nullifying the update and software maintenance cost

• Offers higher efficiency– The maximization of speed and resource usage is facilitated through the use of load balancer tools provided by Microsoft Azure

• Scalability – Integrating new hardware in a multi-tenant environment boosts the “horsepower” of the whole process, directly impacting and benefitting the existing and future tenants, without the need to increment data centers per tenant

• Data security – The Microsoft Azure Encryption at Rest technology is utilized to encrypt data of the database of every tenant, offering the best level of security on the cloud

• Hide sensitive data – Depending on the user role, the access level is determined based on GDPR (accessibility based on role). At the same time, “sensitive” data (e.g. rewards) are determined on an application level and data masking is used to hide them from unauthorized users

• Payroll calculation – it’s carried out by a mechanism that consists of a database and a WEB API on Azure Cloud that use advanced algorithms. This mechanism is called Entersoft Payroll Calculation Service.
