This article contains the configuration instructions for connecting clocks to Entersoft WorkLife.
Configuration in Cloud Store
A basic prerequisite for this functionality is that the Entersoft Time Attendance application has been acquired under the customer's subscription.
Creating and Licensing a User
The user used for the connection must be created both in the Payroll application and in the Cloud Store, and must be licensed from the Cloud Store (for the time being).
The steps to follow are:
Create a user in Cloud Store under the subscription's users.

Assign the user to the Entersoft Time Attendance application.
Note: The user is created at the subscription level and assigned at the application level.
Create the same user in Payroll, where the password and the companies/branches the user has access to are defined. At a minimum, the user must have access to the main branch. It is recommended to grant full permissions.
Creating an Endpoint Token requires the following steps:
Select the Entersoft Time Attendance application from the "My Applications" page of the subscription.
Add an Endpoint in the "Integrations" tab.

In the dialog, fill in the Title of the Endpoint Token with something descriptive. It is recommended to include the name of the subscription or the bridge.

Confirm the connection by filling in the following details on the screen that appears:
User ID: The username created in the previous step
User Password: The password set for the user
Company ID: The connection code (BridgeID) of the Cloud Store
Branch ID: The branch code the user has access to (it is recommended to always use the main branch)
Confirm the connection by clicking Allow.
Note: If an error message appears at this step, please contact the Support department.
Copy the API Key from the generated Endpoint Token using the Copy button.
